Return & Exchange Policy

At Best Asian Market, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide clear and fair guidelines regarding returns and refunds. All sales of blind boxes, snacks, beverages, and other consumable products are final. Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once they have been purchased. We accept returns or refunds on toys and other non-consumable items only if there is a manufacturer’s defect or quality issue. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of the purchase date and provide a valid receipt. Where possible, please include photos or proof of the defect. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. To initiate a return or refund, please email us at bufbestasianmarket@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase, including your name, contact details, receipt number, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request and advise on the next steps. We reserve the right to make the final decision on all return and refund requests.
